Luxury Picnics
Our luxury picnics are designed for you—and your partner or friends or party people—to gather around a whimsical display to eat beautiful, delicious food and cocktails and enjoy each other’s company. Let's not forget, they are extremely Instagram worthy!!! We use high-end details and amenities from gourmet food to fine linens to create an indulgent memorable experience.
The possibilities are endless! From proposal, bridal shower, bachelorette, or rehearsal dinners, baby showers, graduation party, children and adult high tea parties, or a sweet 16. It could be as simple as a movie night in your backyard or even your micro wedding reception. And then, of course, there are date nights at home celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, or the fact that it’s Friday and you’re still in one piece.
Our team will provide the tables, cushions, blankets, carpet, tablescape, plates, cups, napkins, food, drinks, etc. You pick the place (backyard, indoor or outdoor, botanical graden, your favorite park or scenic spot, etc.), show up, stay for 3 hours, and we come and clean up. *additional hours may be added*
Our tables seat 8 people. We currently have 3 tables to seat 20, but can always add more to fit your party size. Our tables are handmade. Included with every picnic is our beautiful, luxury, white-laced teepee that adds to the overall aesthetic of your memorable occasion.
Pricing: 1-2 people $200, 3-5 $250, 6-8 $300, 9-12 $400, 13-15 $450, 16-20 $525
Add-Ons:
Popsicle cart with Umbrella : Our in-house boozy pops and nonalcoholic pops of all flavors and colors are the perfect addition to a warm day. The cart rental is $150 and pops start at $3 each for non alcohol and $6-8 for infused. We provide dry ice that keeps the pops frozen even on hot summer days outdoors. It can hold up to 200 pops.
Champagne and Charcuterie Cone Wall: rental is $150. It holds 120 flutes or 60 flutes and 60 charcuterie cones. Cones are $8 each. We supply disposable flutes and bubbly is priced per bottle. You may bring your own as well. We can change the floral arrangements to fit your overall theme and the vinyl sticker is customizable as well.
Mimosa Bar Cart: Cart rental $75. The full setup is $300 and includes bar cart, flutes, champagne, fresh squeezed fruit juices in carafe glasses, dry ice, fresh fruit and herbs for garnish.
