Charcuteries are created to bring a smile to your face with wide-ranging savours brought to you by handily garnered ingredients. Our charcuteries are custom-made to mirror the conception of Apéro dînatoires for smaller gatherings. It's the ideal offering for intimate settings, corporate meetings, entertaining, and soirees. With an easy purchasing method, you could be indulging the French and Southern tastes as quickly as the next day.
Frequently asked Questions
1. How far in advance do I need to place an order? We require a 24 hour minimum lead time on all orders, but we recommend placing a few days in advance to ensure your order is prioritized.
2. Do you offer Vegan/Vegetarian boards? Yes. We offer boards for nearly all dietary restrictions, including nut allergies, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, kosher, etc. If you have any questions regarding certain items being included in your board, please contact us via email or place a note in the order special instructions section of the order form.
3. Can I keep a board in the fridge overnight? What is the lifespan of a cheese board? We recommend enjoying the board immediately after recieving it. Cheese is intended to be eaten at room temperature, however leaving the box out for more than 3-4 hours can lead to spoiling. Addittionally, we discourage against placing it in the fridge overnight as that will prevent freshness and presentation.
4. How far in advance do I need to book an event with you? Our grazing tables are extremely popular and are booking now for 2-4 months in advance. To ensure Nouveau Départ can be a part of your special day, we recommend emailing us at Joanie@radgirlkitchen.com as soon as possible with info regarding the venue, time, size, and any other relevant details.
5.How do you prepare your boards? Our employees have their ServSafe food handling certifications, managers have food manager certifications and TABC licenses. We build our boxes at a local commercial kitchen, where the facility is maintained and approved by the Tx Dept of State Health Services.
6. Where is your delivery radius? Do you ship boards? We currently only deliver throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, however we hope to expand soon and ship nationwide in the future! We will make accommodations to travel for grazing tables and large events.
